Welcome to HackSpire 2025, the flagship hackathon of FIEM ACM Student Chapter!

We’re thrilled to have you join us for 25 hours of innovation, collaboration, and creativity.

Please go through this guide carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

🧳 Things to Bring (Mandatory)

✅ Laptop – Your primary workstation

✅ College ID & Government ID Photocopy

✅ Charger – For both laptop and mobile devices

✅ Mobile Data Pack – Wi-Fi will be provided, but keep mobile data ready as a backup

✅ Extension Board – Each team will get only 2 power points

✅ Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the hack

✅ Deodorant / Toiletries – Stay fresh and comfortable

⚡ Important Notes

• Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.
• Please label your gadgets and chargers to avoid mix-ups.
• Lunch on 31st October will NOT be provided — have your meal before arrival.
• Food and refreshments for all other times will be arranged by the organizing team.
