👥 Official Team Registration

• Start: 1st September 2025
• End: 30th September 2025
• Teams are created during this phase.
• Team size: Minimum 2, Maximum 6 members.

📧 The Google Form link for registration will be shared via announcement emails.

🗒️ PPT Submission

• Period: 1st – 7th October 2025
• Each team must upload a PPT (problem statement & idea).
• Submission link will be provided via the announcement email.
• It is advised to download the PPT template from the official website: hackspire.tech.
• Submitting a clear, innovative PPT will increase your chances of selection.

🔍 Verification & Selection

• First Batch Approval: 15th October 2025
• Second Batch Approval: 20th October 2025
• Last Batch Approval: 23rd October 2025
• Shortlisted teams from all batches will proceed to the hackathon.
